A few days ago I completed my first ever Ironman race.

Over the course of the 140.6 miles of mental and physical battles, I encountered a FEW diabetes disasters that required me to think on my feet..

And ultimately make some decisions that were quite dangerous and could have landed me in the hospital.All things considered, I'm lucky to have finished...

So in today's episode, I share the details on how I pivoted in moments of frustration, uncertainty, and complications with type 1 diabetes that I ran into during my Ironman race.
