My New Mantra For T1D Resilience
May 28, 2024 Season 6 Episode 74
FTF Warrior

T1D is HARD, relentless, and challenging - so I came up with a new mantra that honestly, gave me my 'mojo' back through some really difficult times.

It makes you feel superhuman.

And in today's episode, I share a recent "update" in my new favorite mantra that I'll be using from here on out...

As well as how to use it to build resilience with type 1 diabetes.
