Pardon My Pancreas - Type 1 Diabetes with Matt Vande Vegte
How I'll Never Have A Low Blood Sugar Again [T1D]
Show Notes

Personally, I hate lows more than anything, and I’ve set up my personal blood sugar formula to reflect that (yes, our formulas are customizable).
I’ve probably gone “actually” low (below 70 mg/dL) only once in the last 3 months…

And I actually can’t remember the last time I had an urgent low blood sugar (under 55 mg/dL).

It’s not by accident… there’s a very specific strategy behind why I can do this without needing to push my blood sugars high all of the time as a counterbalance…

And I’m sharing the framework in today’s podcast episode just for you.

It’s wildly simple, and should help with a similar “ah-ha” moment that I had years ago…
