Which of the two “blind spots” are you most at risk for with type 1 diabetes?

We create “blind spots” when we unknowingly over-compensate for rough blood sugars… (like taking extra insulin to cover a high blood sugar, when instead we might have just needed an extra 5 minutes on the pre-bolus instead to avoid the spike)

The issue is that without the distinction from today’s episode, you may never know that you’re compensating incorrectly in the first place.
